Covert csv file to TCX

Hi same issue, driving me crazy too.

I have linked accounts and automatic upload is going very well, but no older activities are synced, so I want to do it manually. But I see no cogwheel symbol, nowhere!

Found the cog when you click on the individual activity. 

I am also trying to bulk export my activities. When I pull up all my activities, it doesn't give me the check boxes on the left to select them. I do not want to want to export each file individually. I can save all my activities to csv but it cannot be uploaded to Strava. Seems to me it's a Garmin shortcoming.

Why don't you directly connect Garmin and Strava, so that the activities are transferred automatically?

You are looking in the wrong place. You are trying to export the list of activities, which cannot be imported to Strava anyway. You have to enter the activity, and export it as the "Original" from there. Alternatively you can request the full data dump at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/, pick the activities from the zip archive and export them to Strava.
