Garmin connect no longer syncing to Nike + run club app It was working fine before Xmas

Nike+ has garmin app shown as linked but garmin connect app no longer lists Nike in partner apps and has no facility to add it.

What is going on? Has it been discontinued as a facility? Can it be fixed again?

iPhone pro11 with garmin forerunner 45s Nike+ Run club app blue tooth enabled on all devices & all garmin advice followed on ios13 advice

still not syncing to Nike Frowning2

  • I have noticed the same issue today while it was still working 2 days ago. How to fix this?

trux suggested unlinking and relinking  after re booting phone

    See: forums.garmin.com/.../garmin-connect-won-t-feed-to-nike-run-club

I have not tried it yet

  • I managed to talk with Nike  The solution they provided me has worked: logout the Nike app. Restart the phone and login again. Then the days showed up immediately.

I ran in another problem however which according to Nike cannot be solved : I run with a Garmin device only, so I don't my use my phone or an apple watch to start a workout. In this case your future workouts will not get precise pace recommendations. They will just suggest 'easy'  'moderate' or 'hard' pace which for me defeats the purpose of using the Nike run Club app as a coach. I am now looking at different programs and apps that can coach me more precisely

  • Not working for me, the two apps are not talking to each other. Any update on this ?

Hi - what do you mean by - "Nike+ has Garmin app shown as linked" where do you see that info or what does it look like? both mine and my wifes are linked but I have no way of seeing that unless I do a run and it shows up - is there a linked icon or confirmation or something somewhere that I am missing? I would love this confirmation :)

    thanks

Exactly the same for me it just shows this stupid page and you can’t seem to activate it or get out if it without cancelling it. It is a total pain and a con by garmin. I have tried repeatedly to get garmin to tell me what  to do to resolve it their one response has been utterly useless which is extremely poor customer service. I have even forgotten you  get to their useless dead end page. I won’t be buying a garmin again when this watch dies it has totally  messed up all my records on Nike + Abd I bought it specifically because they claimed it was compatible with Nike + ... for a few weeks only then they stop it it’s a darn swizz about which they do nothing

I followed those instructions disconnecting as advised. Tgry are utterly useless they do not solve it at all. It reappeared as if I had done nothing

the Nike+ app still does  not appear in partner apps it does not appear on any of the garmin instructions. My feeling is garmin has got rid of Nike + hence their total lack of support with this issue. I am disgusted with the whole business and resent the hours I have wasted trying to sort this problem out when I suspect there is no solution because garmin have downgraded the product and its functionality. I feel taken for a mug by this company

  • Have you attempted to contact Garmin via phone or chat and Nike directly, as  mentioned...

I managed to talk with Nike  The solution they provided me has worked: logout the Nike app. Restart the phone and login again. Then the days showed up immediately.

You might also try from the web interfaces for both Garmin and Nike.
