My treasured Vivoactive HR is dying a slow death :( with increasingly frequent shutdowns and other glitches. Two such incidents resulted in corrupt .FIT files - would very much appreciate it if I could get these fixed.

P.S. When I tried garmin.kiesewetter.nl it just seemed to hang - is that site broken or was I just too impatient?
Would also suggest trying a factory reset of your device and seeing if that helps - especially seen as it looks like you've done a firmware update recently.
Just tried to upload my latest activity and getting this message: "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it" Please can you help fix it? thanks

Thanks, Mike, the fixed files worked great! The factory reset, unfortunately, did not. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue - in addition to the random shutdowns, the upper third of the touchscreen no longer works, which means certain key screen buttons are unpressable. Wishing now that I didn't try the reset, because the touchscreen issue prevents me from setting the watch up like I had it.
