Can someone please let me know why I am shown on the Leaderboard for some segments, but not others? My best times are faster than several runners on the leaderboard for that particular segment. It doesn't make sense. Thank you in advance!
Connect (PC) shows me in position 1 for those missing segments until I look at the everyone leaderboard where I am totally missing and I wonder fi that mirrors your own current experience and ofc HTF?
Hi Martin, are you able to establish that the segments messing you about are/are not on the unit itself. I noticed that another has joined the club at lunchtime today although that seg is actually on the unit thus confirming the entire mess for me is completely random.

I get that same situation with segments that the unit has deleted, so I get no segment screen whilst riding that segment, the only data I get is through Connect Those segments are on my phone though and if I hit send to device it says done but they never actually reach the unit.

Had a new one on 18/8. A complete ride uploaded to GC but was missing a segment. Its there on the 1030 as a segment showing the last ride as 18/8 and the quickest but pb is shown as the ride from 3 weeks earlier and 0.5mph slower. Unbelievable.
Getting the same problems myself and Garmin have been very slow at picking up on it - although it is supposedly now being looked into. I can ride a route with, say, 6 segments and it will record times on all 6, but only show 4 of them on the "everyone" leaderboard. The other 2 will show on "me only" but in the context of "everyone" I've never ridden it!
Ironically my times on segments where I had recorded the fastest time (accepting others may be in the same boat as me!) have disappeared and nothing now gets shown on "everyone". And yes, nothing is hidden! Frustrating!!!
I found a very helpful answer in the forum. Firstly make sure you make your profile viewable by everyone BUT ALSO via the web portal for the particular route or segment look for the small padlock icon in the top right hand corner and check whether this PARTICULAR segment is set to private. It seems the aformentioned global "let everyone see" option"does not necessarily unlock everything
I had the same problem with a specific segment. The privacy zone setting was protruding into the segment. Once I changed the radius of the privacy zone and it did not touch the segment any longer I appeared on the leaderboard of the segment.
