I went out on my first road bike ride of 2018 and for some reason Garmin has only recorded the time, not the distance and not the route. Can anyone shed some light on this? I used my Garmin Vivoactive HR to record the ride which I have used to successfully record rides in 2017 so I assume something has changed in some settings somewhere but I can't figure out where. :(
A small orange flag appeared on the R side of my 1040 Solar. It measured elevation and elevation gain reasonably accurately, but 10 miles cut off the ride. I requested Strava use its own data and somehow they thought I was a crow and could fly straight from the lost point to the point where it picked up again.
