Garmin Connect - Courses Page wont load

I have many courses in garmin connect and when I click the Courses link on the garmin connect web page nothing happens: no errors and the page does not change to the courses section. I'm unable to view or add courses. I've tried 3 browsers on 2 computers. Need assistance please. Out of ideas.
  • I actually can pick from several networks. Company was divested, so we are currently in a dual-network Active Directory situation for at least another year. At any rate, my old owner's network blocks it. The network that is owned by the company that acquired us does not block it. Our guest network does not block it. If all else fails, and I'm desperate to create a course, then I can tether my phone running LTE or run across the street to the Chinese restaurant and connect to their WiFi. ;)
  • I'm having the same problem. In Garmin connect clicking courses under activity results in no change of the screen. Going directly to the courses URL results in a pure white screen. Tried various browsers and clearing cache, allowing ads and cookies etc but no joy. I note various script errors on load. Interestingly I can create canned courses on the phone which then appear in the courses mini view list. Clicking on the mini-view pane results in the same issues ie blank screen.

    Anyone have any thoughts on this? Bit ridiculous that I can't click on any of the links on garmin connect. Only my iOS app works. Please Garmin, help and figure this issue out.
  • Not sure what you mean. Nothing happens? Can you send a screenshot?
  • This is what I see when clicking on link such as All Activities from left bar - if I go to profile I can see activities, but clicking on them takes me to same "Page Not Found We're sorry. The page you're looking for no longer exists." messageciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1387716.png
  • So this is beyond "courses page won't load," as the subject states. Looks like you're using Firefox? Sometimes that is problematic. However, I can pull up my activities in Firefox without any issues.
    Some things to try, assuming this is not related to your Garmin account:
    Restart your computer (I know, gotta start somewhere)
    Sign out of GC, close your browser, sign into GC
    Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, IE, Safari, etc.)
    Clear the browser cache (in Firefox, "Clear Data" Privacy & Security)
    Try a different computer
    Try with a different Garmin account (family member, etc.)
    Try the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone

    If all of those steps result in the same issue, then you'll likely need to contact Garmin support for additional assistance.
  • It is back working now. Most likely it was a region/routing type issue where the static parts were OK, but other servers/CDN weren't getting through

    I only replied as someone else seemed having exactly same issue

    I have the same issues, also with activity maps. After trying everything possible, all garmin connect functions work if I reboot. I the have a period of time with everything accessible before it will quit working again. It is the only wavy I have been able to work around the issue.

    What browser do you use? Did you try clearing the browser cache (temprorary internet files), instead of rebooting? Or deleting the cookies for *.garmin.com? Or using an alternative browser? Disabling extensions such as ad-blockers for that domain (don't worry - there are no ads on Garmin Connect Web)?
