Import of Wahoo .fit file only partially working

I am looking to import a few cycling rides from my wahoo element.
I am able to save them from Wahoo to my dropbox account.
Then I can import the .fit file into Garmin but it only partly works

On the activities screen, I can see the activity with the correct details. I think these are the overview details.
When I try to view the activity I get a screen that just says "Sorry, we're having trouble with this page."

Any thoughts on why I can not see the details of imported Wahoo activities?

I have attached a .fil file that is having issues and can provide more details if needed

Same issue with .fit files from Lezyne. Can't import them in even though they go to Strava and Training Peaks.

I wish Garmin and Wahoo would play nice like they used to. I remember when the Wahoo app could simply send the workout to Garmin... until Garmin put a stop to it :/
