Fully agree. I have to keep a trend in my head which is crazy. No idea why GARMIN are so out of touch with certain things. As if they have no clue how helpful the RHR value is in knowing if you’re over trained & fatigued or race ready.
We can only hope at some point we see a RHR widget with a history graph to compliment Heart rate variability also not shown in GARMIN connect or widgets despite the GARMIN heart strap being capable of measuring ‘heart rate variability’ which I take each morning via a separate app called www.hrv4training.com to judge how recovered I am.
It basically measures the cardiac pulse data (between heart beats). Pro sports people rely on this, but not well known among amateurs.:-). Good luck..
