Sleep data not available

Its been two days where I don't get sleep data. Anyone with this problem ?
  • I have been having this problem too since 1/28/20 (it's 1/30 today). As far as Garmin is concerned, I haven't slept in 48 hours. Smile

It's very bizarre, as I've had my Forerunner 35 for almost 10 months and have never had this problem. I believe my Garmin Connect app updated within the past couple of days, and I suspect this may have played a role?

Using: Forerunner 35 w/ Garmin Connect on iOS. Would love to know a fix to my "sleepless" nights.

  • Ok, well, looks like I found the problem for myself...

I was looking back over my past days activities and I noticed that there was pretty much no activity recorded since last Monday when I went for a walk. Viewing my watch, I realized that my step count has been frozen at least all day today (if not longer).

I powered by watch off and on and it looks line it's recording data properly again...

Looks like Garmin's firmware definitely has some bugs in it, but given the age of the Forerunner 35, I'm guessing they aren't gonna get fixed.

  • I also have no sleep data since Feb 14 2020 on Web and app.

I have a FR245 and I have rebooted both my phone and watch, still same issue.

It seems my respiration also stopped Feb 14.

I was not collectin pulse ox until recently (might be about the time collection stopped)  I just stopped it today to see if that is my problem

Most of the time my body battery has not been recharged overnight, but there was once or twice it was 100% in the am, but still no sleep data.

I also remember an update to my watch recently, but not sure if that's when this stopped.

I would really liked it's fixed

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but if you stopped measuring your pulse, how do you want that the watch detects your sleep? The HR is needed for the sleep detection.
