Maps not loading

For the past week, my maps of my walk/run activities have not been showing up in Garmin Connect. Anyone else having this issue?

    I can't load courses or maps from activities, worked fine a week or so ago. All OK on the App but creating courses on that isn't great. Lots of different systems in this thread but a common outcome, no maps. Does anyone from Garmin look at these posts?

    This is an issue that is being investigated. We would recommend using a browser other than IE 11 to view activities in Garmin Connect in the mean time. Thank you for the discussion and we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • I can't download an individual activity as we as the maps not showing. I'm now able to use a different browser, any idea when this functionality will be added again? I can't track my training if I can't download my activities.

    Still doesn't work with IE11, switched over to Chrome and all is good. Clearly Windows is messing with something....

    Check that ~ I verified it with Windows Edge

    Hey thanks for looking into this. The problem exists still wrt IE 11/Google browser combo but, as others have noted, everything works fine using Chrome. I suspect the recent Windows update has messed with a setting that has thrown off GC's ability to load and display correctly. Having said that, I have no idea what setting was turned off/on by the Windows update.

    Just a thought on your search to find the necessary correction to the problem.

    As of the 17th my phone will not show the maps of my activity but I can see them on my iPad

    The fix for this issue was pushed out to Garmin Connect today. You should now be able to use IE 11 to view Garmin Connect Activities.

    Confirmed! I just uploaded an activity (todays run) and everything is back to normal on my IE11 browser. Thank you Garmin for fixing it!
