I can't tell you how much I am distressed by your new system. I was happy with the old system and used it for almost a year.

I can't see my activities and your tech person was as frustrated as I.

It is so stupid to take a good system and totally ruin it.

I am now on my third Edge 1000. They have given me nothing but trouble.

Until today, I always thought that your tech support was the best. You have left your people up in the air and unable to help us.

Your management should be fired. They obviously don't know anything about running a company.
  • Since this intelligent update I am not able to scroll the Calendar to the end of month on a iPhone 6 Plus.


    Me neither, nor on my iPad. I emailed Garmin and they said it would be passed to the design team to look at.

    I can also do it on my iPad

    iPad Air, running iOS 10.3.2.

    I had difficulty scrolling the Calendar page from one side to the other on the first go, but then I figured out how. Press your fingertip against the white space above the name of the month or the Week/Month/Year buttons to drag and scroll, and not anywhere below it (e.g. on the days in the calendar itself, or the white space between the year number and the Week button).

    Please bring back the course column and filter for activities, I use it all the time to see my progress on each course. Now I cannot, I do hope you haven't lost this info

    Agree. New version is rubbish. All my goals are gone.... @Garmin: do NOT make things more fancy and good lookin', but make them BETTER, please.

    Help with the New Garmin Connect interface

    First, as with all updates, I am sure this too will take time to get used to

    BUT

    I am missing two things:
    1. Bulk update of activities. What has happened to my nice little grid that I used to bulk add activities to a course / change name of activities etc?
    2. I REGULARLY search on a "Course" to see how I was progressing / comparing on run's on the same course. Can someone give me an idea on how to do this now?

    Feeling a little *ugh* at the moment, I am sure there are good updates I haven't found yet.

    What has been done with the Garmin Connect Site, cant access it from my iPad and so difficult to use now, it is pants :( :mad:
  • It's certainly very different, but it's there on my iPad. Certainly a massive change.

  • Helps if you ask a question rather than just rant. Many of us are using the new site without issue and prefer it over the last version. So what are you having issues with?
