Since March 7th, the temp/weather info balloon no longer appears on my activity map. Any insights on this? I found no other threads when I searched on "temperature" or "weather". I use a Vivoactive HR for running. I have only had it for a couple months.
The Connect team is still working on this issue, but a potential workaround that can be used in the meantime would be to change the privacy of the activity to Everyone. This causes the weather information to appear upon refreshing the page. The privacy can then be changed back, and the weather information will be retained.
I have the same issue since 6 March. I run every day and all activities are set to Everyone. No weather data is displayed.
The privacy workaround works for me: Set privacy to public, navigate to another training, navigate back, weather appears, set privacy to Only me. Weather is still there next time I check it.
I just went to look (and try) after reading michaeljswann's post above, and noted that weather info were somehow missing from a few more timed activities from last week. Including the the [/navigate to another training, navigate back/] step (as opposed to a simple page refresh in the browser) between changing the privacy setting steps seemed to have restored the weather info for most of them, except the one to which I linked, in the post at the top of this page I made a couple of days ago.

I set activity privacy to everyone and still no weather data on a route I used to get it on. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Also, a previous post mentioned changing the area setting to get broader range to an airport weather station? How would one do this and does that work?

Hi, I've also had the same problem since 7th March and thinking it was me have spent many hours trying different iPhone configurations to resolve. Unable to do so I contacted Garmin by phone yesterday.
I was told if I went onto Garmin Express, removed all my Apps and then reloaded them it would guarantee fix it. I asked for a plan B incase that didn't work and was told to try a full factory reset.
Removing and replacing the Apps didn't work, so I reluctantly tried the full reset. I'm pleased to report it at present seems to have done the trick but it's been a right Royal PITA reconfiguring everything.
I didn't realise this forum existed or would have tried sometime ago. Strange how I'm not the only one and we all have issues about that date. Was there an update about that time?

Please, please Garmin, don't make us go through a full reset to fix the problem.
I'm not seeing the weather balloon on my activities anymore either on the app or online. Quite a useful feature especially regarding cycling when it's useful to be able to look back and understand fast/slow sessions.
However it seems changing the privacy to me only (I was everyone) fixed the issue.
