Is myfitnesspal down? The garmin status doesn't show that, but nothing from myfitnesspal syncs across. See attached image. I meant March 14, 2016 in the title.

Not for everyone . That is not the case for me. MFP data is absent from everything for me. It does sync, but I have no data in reports.
  • I have the same issue, however when I choose 'Go to full page' and then click 'Go to reports to see more data' down below the report does show the right data from MFP.

It could be a problem on the Garmin Connect page, not so much the synchronisation itself.

It's there for me, too. So completely a Garmin issue if they have the calorie count from MFP. They need to improve this soon. Many, many problems with MFP syncs. Tracking net calories was a prime motivation for buying a tracker...

    major issues

This morning's workout doesn't show up in activities. Calories in and out don't show up on dashboard. Garmin 235.
Rebooted the watch, the phone and tried multiple different browsers. Manual sync from the watch. Some data is in the reports while others are not.

I regret buying this watch now and relying so heavily upon the data....

All calorie counts off ... turning me off Garmin

Same here -- GC completely fails to pull the MFP calorie data.

And it's not just the last few days -- I've had errors with it all month.

Often, GC will /never/ pull the entire data from MFP, but update only partway through the day, then freeze. Subsequent changes in MPF are ignored.

This makes calories consumed, net calories, etc all useless.

I've started turning to other apps to monitor calories and, increasingly, fitness.

If this proves to be the standard that one can expect from GC, and not just a very stubborn but passing glitch, I won't be getting any more Garmin equipment in the future.

Doesn't matter how great the hardware is if the software that allows you to actually /use/ the collected data is so consistently shabby.

Seems that the issue is fixed now, I get the MFP calories displayed online and in the GC app.

    Calories Consumed

I eat a lot. but I balance it off with good old fashioned workouts.

The issue with calories consumed was also driving me crazy, even though life doesn't revolve around a number on the screen

I finally contacted tech support and spoke with Mitch, he confirmed that they were aware of the problem and it was resolved this morning. Strange enough, while I was on the phone with him, the calories consumed populated on my iPhone6, so that seems to be resolved (for me).

As a side note, I asked about intensity minutes not showing up since the beginning of the week, and he did confirm that the engineers are aware of that issue and working to fix it.

dammit, if I'm going to sweat all week, I want to see it!!! (just kidding).:D
  • Fixed for me too, nice! Thanks. Can't ignore that big red bar anymore. Will have to go run!! :p

    not fixed

I cannot say the same. Iphone 5S. Garmin 235.

This mornings workout doesnt' show up but it's in the watch. Calorie data doesn't show up on mobile or web GC.

It would be nice if Garmin the company chimed in.
