Garmin S20 golf

i have recently purchased a Garmin approach s20 golf but it has loads of issues.

1. Garmin connect mobile does not show any stats and has not done so for a while (not a watch fault but takes away from having the watch)

2. when you have the S20 connected with your phone via Bluetooth it will delete the round. You must NOT have it connected with your phone via Bluetooth but that takes away from the notification feature on the watch (is known by Garmin they said don't connect with phone until they sort it)

3. i have uploaded my clubs via Gear in connect to my watch. When i play a shot on the course the auto shot asks me which club i used which i input. however once i save the round and download the info via Garmin express onto connect and view my round and the AutoShot round analyser on the web site it show different clubs than what i inputed so i have to change it all again if i can remember which club i used.

The watch itself is good however loads of bugs with it.

it looks like Garmin just threw it out to market without fully testing everything. i was going to purchase the Truswing but not now as disappointed.

    No more Rounds Recording

    Hi,
    Same problem here: all rounds recorded successfully between January 2016 and 22 March 2017 (63 rounds), and no round registered since that date although using same procedure; Garmin, help!!!
    If there is a maximum N° of rounds storable, I failed to find the procedure to suppress some.

    Recently bought an Approach S20 but it does not recognize ladies tees. As the par on my course is 4 greater than the men's the auto tracking feature is useless as it records my scores incorrectly and total score is consequently always 4 higher than actual. Garmin say latest update 3.60 includes ladies tees but it doesnt--at least not on my course. Consequently rather disappointed. Haven't found Garmin customer services very helpful or knowledgeable. I also find it very fiddly as you have to input your score and putts on every hole as it will not pick up the next hole until you enter the score. This makes golf even slower than it already is !!!!

    Are there any updates on the problems you are having, specifically the lost scorecards? I have a friend who purchased one a few months ago and it works perfectly so yesterday I also decided to get one. Played yesterday and it shows as two score cards yesterday but with no scores and today I played a full nine holes and there is nothing even though the device worked as expected during the game, ie. asking me after every shot to confirm what club I used score for the hole, number of puts, if my drive was on the fairway etc. After playing 9 holes I selected End Round and then Save so all seemed to be fine, it has synced via the mobile App and appears to have completed but no golf data.

    I own a Vivoactive 3 watch and it started doing the same thing. The last dozen rounds or so saved perfectly, but the last three rounds aren't saving any longer. A few weeks ago the same thing happened so I deleted all my rounds and started over. Scorecards started being saved again but after a few weeks, they're not being saved again.
