Heart Rate Graph No Longer Shows Up

The heart rate graph no longer shows up on my activities. It's there for outdoor runs, along with the map and course, but for any of my indoor work outs, it is no longer there. Any way to bring that back?

  • Yes, not working again! This blows. I had a ticket for the first time it happened, I'll inquire to Garmin again . . .
  • No HR data in detailed view or on app either - I emailed Garmin last week on this - not had a reply other than notification yet... .not great
  • Even though they removed the link, what about classic?
Do you see the graph there?

    Graphless here as well!

No graphs are appearing for any of my indoor workouts (HR, cadence, power, etc). Those graphs are super helpful in tracking progress, here's to hoping Garmin fixes the bug soon!

I have the same issue with the HR graph not showing in Modern and Classic versions. I can see it in the dashboard. It's been nearly 2 months for me since I noticed it.
  • Same issue when importing a workout from my TickrX. The HR graph will show on my Dashboard and the classic view, but not on the new modern view.

I received this today - i emailed my question last week....
    -----------------------
Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe.

First of all, please accept our apologies for not answering your email in the time we quoted on our website. Due to an unforeseeable high volume of emails and calls we’ve received this has led to a backlog, which we’ve been working hard to restore to our usual service levels.

The issue you are referring to is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a timeframe for this to be completed as yet.

When the issue has been corrected, the fix will be released in a software update. This will be announced on your Garmin Connect account or on Garmin Express. If, at that point you require further assistance please contact us via our Contact Centre whereby we will be happy to talk you through it.

If there is anything else I can help you with then please let me know. Alternatively you can search for a solution here: http://www.garmin.co.uk/support

    Kind regards,

    Garmin Europe

    Graphs goooone!

This issue came and went... and came again. So it's obviously not a major project of work to get it fixed. Perhaps someone over there pressed a button they shouldn't have by mistake.
But we have to wait until Garmin can catch up. Has anyone ever contacted Garmin when they weren't experiencing high volumes of calls and emails?
Imagine if a reputable organisation treated people like this... I think I'm going with another brand next time.
Perhaps if they treat their customers badly enough they will send them all away, and then they can catch up on the backlog of call and emails.

The data is obviously still there for indoor (ie "no map") workouts. If it temporarily was visible in Modern, then the coding for the graphical display of this data has been written and was temporarily set to display the data in the Modern view. So reinstating it should be just a matter of reinserting the relevant line of code (or perhaps removing a line that currently in effect says "if there is no map, dont display any other graphs".)

WORD, I think I have bought my last Garmin,

How hard can it be? Perhaps if they were focusing on what information people want, insted of trying to copy apple.
