There are watch faces that will show you recovery time in hours.
There are watch faces that will show your recovery time in hours.
You can see it in the Garmin Connect App, when the feature "Training Readiness" is available.
Check your training readyness (in BETA tap on the widget) and under the graph it will say:
Sleep Score (if feature is available with your watch), otherwise it might be just saying "no data"
Recovery time: value (either 00 or anything up to 96, which is the max) and next to it, it says the status (for me at the moment HIGH, I assume its LOW and MED)
HRV Status
Acute Load
Sleep score history
Stress history
in the "regular app" training readiness will show up on the main screen when you start the app. There is an "all" area to tap, to get the information from there. It can also be seen on the website, after logging in.
I'm using the new beta app, but there is no Training Readiness is available on my app.
