Heart rate detail within iOS app

Is anybody having issues with heart rate readings in the iOS connect app? I see the reading on the first page when opening the app, but when I click on the heart rate widget, there are no details but a message that says “ sync your device to see today’s timeline”. This just started today

I am having the issue, too. I have rebooted my iPHone and the Vivosmart HR. This is new. It has worked fine for the past few months. GArmin Connect on my Macbook works fine.

I had this issue for a couple of days, but it somehow resolved (without either updating iOS or the garmin connect app). I still have an issue with the connect app only refreshing part of the data on my GPS watch, until I switch bluetooth on the phone off and back on. Maybe that (i.e., turning bluetooth off/on) is what actually resolved the heart rate data issues.

I suspect that the fact that the HR timeline was not showing in the App was more of a database issue at the Garmin end. I reset Bluetooth and repaired the phone many times to try and resolve it but none of that shagging around worked. All of a sudden one morning the HR timeline was visible.

Hi all, I had problems with heart rate but few days ago it’s started to work normally. I don’t understand how but working super!

Had the issue since the 30th of October, no sleep or Heart Rate sync data available.
Just went back to normal this morning .
Did 3 things: Garmin iOS update, Health iOS app update, change of language (switched from French to English), whichever of these updates made it work again... mystery! But thank God.

This error has started happening again in the iOS app. Just started again this morning. Ugh.

Yup, just started up again for me too. Forerunner 235 and iOS 12.2.

Mine just went back to the problems I thought they'd fixed. I wish someone (Apple or Gamin) would stop messing with things!
