Heart rate detail within iOS app

Is anybody having issues with heart rate readings in the iOS connect app? I see the reading on the first page when opening the app, but when I click on the heart rate widget, there are no details but a message that says “ sync your device to see today’s timeline”. This just started today

This rings a bell! I think I have had similar issues in the past related to daylight savings time.

Got the same problem. Now with forerunner 235 and some time ago with an older watch (vivosmart). Contacted then garmin support an it  lastet 3 month till it worked again. Hope this time it will be fixed faster.

Yes I also have this issue! A note though - it is still capturing the data. You can see the full day’s heart rate from the web version of garmin connect. It is clearly a glitch in the app where it can’t seem to read the data back. The point is that your data isn’t GONE!

Yes I also have this issue!

  • I called Garmin. They are aware of this issue and it has been reported within the past 24 hours. No resolution ETR at this time but they are looking into it. Note that until this is fixed, you should be able to see the HR data online in the Garmin Connect website. So at least we have that.

I’m having the same for last two days out of nowhere despite syncing multiple times and powering it off/on. No fix?! Why so many issues w this expensive watch lately?! Very disappointing. We need answers from Garmin - only reason I bought this watch was for heart rate option and details for training. ANSWER UP GARMIN AND FIX THIS!!!!
