Wallet Garmin Pay is empty cannot add cards

In GCM I cannot add cards. Before I had two cards (Mastercard and Maestro). The cards are still on my Fenix6 but no more in GCM. When I try to add a card i get: “set op failed”

  • i've reported that to their support. They wanted me to collect diag data. I'll keep you informed if my problem gets resolved

  • Same here. I’m trying to add a card to my Fenix 5 Plus and I’m getting te same message. What’s up with that??

    Same issue with Vivoactive on Android.

    Previously I had a card, but then I removed it because.

    I am not able to add a card to Vivoactive 4s via Samsung phone. Just nothing works...

    I havent been able to add a card yet to my Vivoactive 4s via Samsung phone. Until today there was a server error and today just blinks for a moment and nothing happens.

  • I CAN add a Visa (one that wasn't on the supported list!) but it is refusing to add my Discover (on the supported list). It says 4 minutes remaining, then 3, then crashes with an error.

    Can't add a card after reinstalled Garmin Connect, Android + vivoactive 3. When is this problem solved?

    Just wanted to write the update. As I had lots of other issues besides not being able to add the card, I did a complete reset last night. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, reconnected the watch and had to set up everything from the start. I was finally able to add my card to Garmin Pay and everything else also works. I haven't been able to test paying with the card yet though.

    I have a brand new Garmin watch and still cant add the payment...so i dnt know what is going on :(

  • Keep trying and to update the software to the latest version. I had the same problem for months and finale a couple month ago they sent me an email saying that the problem was fixed. I uploaded the card and it’s been working fine. If it doesn’t work, you should call Garmin and talk to one of the techs. Good luck!
