Fenix 5x plus calibration

my garmin fenix 5x plus doesn’t calibrate with the treadmills anymore at my gym.

it used to be okay but now its always way off. For example when i run 3 miles it would show 1.7 miles and every time i hit calibrate and correct the distance hoping it won’t happen next day but no use. Some days after 3 miles on treadmill it says 1.7 some days 2 i mean its just not working anymore.

please suggest anyone.

I’m having the exact same issue. Before it would remember the calibration but now it’s always way way off. For example if I run 4K it says I ran 8K. It’s messing with all my stats
