Hi there, I don't know if is the cause (not sync) but yesterday I update my iPhone to iOS 12.2 public beta 1 and after that, I can't sync with mobile apps server at Connect APP... does anyone has the same problem?
Same here. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset my Vivofit to factory defaults. Still can’t sync in iOS 12.2 on two phones: an XR and a 6S Plus. I have even got the “Network Connection Error” in the Garmin Connect app when doing simple things, such as accepting friend requests and updating my profile. This didn’t happen before upgrading to 12.2.
I restored my iPhone to 12.1.3 iOS version without beta ... after reconfigure as a new phone, the Garmin connect app works normal but sometimes showed a message saying that Garmin server has a problem and they still working to back normal
Same issue for me...Did an indoor session last night and recorded on Edge 1030 ...it didn't upload the activity. Tried to manually upload it via the History tab...Upload Failed. Had to go upload it manually in GC web interface. Have a vívoactive 3 as well with the same issue, although as the original poster said, it is still showing as connected in the iPhone Bluetooth menu. Don't have a recent iTunes back-up to restore to so guessing i'll just have to wait until next Beta update and hopefully that will fix it. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1450241.png
