Duncan-Andison As explained earlier in this thread the issue linked to the real time heart rate widget on the MyDay page. This is also confirmed by Garmin. If you hide that widget from the MyDay page, the app will become usable again. At least that did the trick for me.
Turning off the heart rate widget on the My Day page also fixed it for me. Looking at my Battery settings, it also resolved the high background usage for the app.
Since updating to ios12 I am now no longer able to download my data, sleep, daily heart rate etc. it starts to sync but won’t download the data. It will show my current heart rate etc in the daily page but when I go into look at it is says sync and it won’t sync. I have turned it off/on, disconnected blue tooth, removed and reset the app and turned off the phone etc. and nothing helps, is ios12 blocking it somewhere?
