iphone 6 Plus running 0S 10. Have not been able to sync with mobile app since the Oct update to the app. Still able to sync via garmin express on my iMac at home
I know that. Thing is that you haven't unpaired the devices. It syncs because somehow they are paired. I have unpaired them after 4th of October, and since then i can't pair them back.
Can support update us on when this is likely to be fixed. It's pretty annoying having to keep removing the watch to plug into the computer to update.....
I noticed my 630 stopped instantly updating my app after activities. This morning it would not connect at all to the watch (iPhone 5S, iOS 11.0.2). I have closed the app, turned the phone off and shut down the watch. Turned everything back on again and tried to sync but it won't sync at all. I deleted the device from my phone and tried to re-pair it but now it won't even pair to the phone.
I wrote to Garmin?s facebook 2 times. They told me about the 7th of October upgrade which should have repaired but didn?t. After, I wrote again that issue was not fixed on some devices and today they wrote me that they now about this issue and engineers are working to fix it.
Not yet, as you can see in your app store. And 11.0.3 didn?t solved the issue on my side - Fr235z i have checked on an android phone and i can pair it with GCM. But not on Ios ... Cool company, right? It remebers me of Jawbone..
