Challenges not showing up on mobile app

The challenges I have accepted are not all showing up on the mobile application for the iPhone (version 3.13.2.2), however I continue to get notifications when new comments are added. Network connection errors appear when trying to connect to the challenge through the comment notifications. This is frustrating, as I have to login on my computer to see the active challenges. Is there an update that I am missing, or a trick I should be aware of to remedy this issue?

    My challenge data disappeared in the past 24 hours. The challenge is still there with most of the team’s data on it, but it’s showing me at zero yards for the month and for the year. My nearest competitor also disappeared. The desktop app is showing the same thing. Sucks because I was in the lead.

    Do you also now what to do if you finish A challenge and you don’t get the badge??

    Thanks for this. My clock was already at 24 hours but I switched it back and forth and my activity from today loaded. I’m now finding that I’m having to go back into every individual activity and change the privacy settings to “connections and groups” in order for it to register on the challenge. Previously I had the privacy at “connections only” and they were on the challenges, but not any more. 

  • I have the same issue.  Two challenges created by a group I am in where Garmin is showing me as 0 progress.   I have no idea if the Garmin badge challenges I selected are working as they haven't finished but I think I did met one of the earlier ones and no badge.   We shouldn't have to use a time setting we don't typically use to get it to work.  The Connections and Groups privacy setting didn't work for me.  I love my Garmin but hate that each time they release an update is messes things up.  I can't get workouts to load anymore without performing surgery (delete device, re add, etc).  Nobody has time to do that every day.  

    Argh

    I agree. If more people report this to Garmin Support, more likely this will get fixed. Same issue on the Android app - Challenges

    I have lost my weekly 100K challenge this past week, it only shows a general step challenge with no step goal.  Has anyone else Experienced this?
