Garmin Fenix 3 Notifications not clearing

I'm not sure if it's a recent update to the Fenix3 or something in the new Android phone (HTC 10) that I bought a few weeks ago, but I've noticed that my notifications, specifically text messages no longer clear from my watch; neither the 'dismiss' prompt on the watch itself or reading the text(s) on my phone will remove them from the notifications screen. Anyone else having this problem?

It does not seem to be related to the GCM app. I just re-tested it on my Instinct 2, and the notification clearing works both ways - when I clear a notification on the watch, it instantly disappears from…

Still a problem 9 months later. Guess I will have to ditch my Garmin watches and go to Samsung or Apple. So much for loyalty Garmin. The young lady at Garmin tried yesterday, but nothing worked.
