Garmin Connect FR920XT Multisport/Triathlons won't show on mobile app IOS

Hi There,

I've had the Garmin for about a month now. Works well with connect for all of my training BUT when I have completed a triathlon/brick session it shows the title on my activity list but doesn't show any data . It just come up with a message asking me to refresh. Which I do multiple times to no avail.

I can see my data online via the web based connect. But I'd prefer to see it on my phone (Apple 6).

This has happened twice now. The original event is still not coming up.

Does anyone have ideas on how to get this working properly?

Cheers
Michl
  • Still not working with GCM 3.3.2.5

Upgraded to GCM 3.3.2.5 but multisport activities are still not viewable in the app. The Garmin Mobile Team support are still getting me to send details; so hopefully this will be fixed soon....

    Sabe here

I also updated here believing that the bug would be corrected and I was frustrated again. Unbelieveble how the Garmin team releases an update without correction. We have now a very expensive whatch for a multisports activities that does not work for multisports.

Still not working here. I can see data from each sports if I look deep in GC but not the complete data. Only one by one.

Let's not get too excited. It's not the device that's at fault here it's the Garmin Connect app. All the information you want is visible on the internet at Garmin Connect. At the moment the multisport activity is the only one you can't see on your phone.

Are you supplying all the requested data? If so, do you mind letting me know your ticket number so I can reference it in my ticket?

I understand that all data is available on the internet version. Also , i said you can see data if look deep in App version. Ans i understand that the device is working properly, but i find a lot easier look at app on my cellphone than go to my notebook... Sometimes we have no time to do that, and if you want to check your data on the go... anyway, lets wait until they get it fixed... But its been more than a month that its happening the bug... 2 versions already released and no fix...

Eng may only fix if they know about the bug! Customer support may have not opened a bug report with their engineering team until they have received all the requested data.

Again its easy for them to repro but that means the CS rep has to do some work!! Instead they want the customer to do all the data collection and then, only then they may submit a bug report.

My case has finally made it through the Garmin CS firewall. I'll PM the case number to you (I'd rather not make everything public).
  • I have the same issue. Can't view multisport activities in GC mobile ios.
  • Still not working in GCM 3.3.3.3

I've just updated to the latest GCM 3.3.3.3 and multisport activities are still not viewable in GCM. At least my support incident has been passed on to the devs, so hopefully a fix will come through in due course.
  • Experiencing the same issue here. Unable to view multisport activities on my phone.
