Garmin Connect (mobile) F3 ID FAILED

Garmin Connect Mobile has issues with F3 (V 4.3) and can't set up the device (F3)
The watch IS paired, it's GC that has issues in setting up the device.

Details:
Authenticated
Connected F1:C5.... (MAC Address)
Checked Device Registration
Requesting device identification file failed.

Has anyone come up with a solution yet?

    Posting solution on the main forums for others who will SURELY have the issue.
    Thank you for the insight... I had assumed it was a server sided problem and that's why I delayed the re-registration of the F3, but it's a bug in GCM (explanation in new thread) relative to connection with GE/GC.
    App crashed and report sent... then when I checked, I found the F3 was connected. That's grand isn't it. By CRASHING, the app actually synched the watch.

    Typical of Garmin.... :cool:
