Strange Sleep scores

I switched from a Fitbit Sense, whose battery was dying, to a Vívoactive 6 a few months ago and noticed a stark difference in sleep scores. I've been getting lowish scores (70's to low 80s)  on what would have been a very high score on the Fitbit.. which is OK. I understand that Fitbit may score higher to make one feel better.

However, there have been some notable inconsistencies. I sleep around 8+ hours every night. Last night I slept extra long 8 hours and 40 minutes with  =just under 2 hours of deep sleep and a remarkable 4 hours of REM with HRV at 47... At 70 years old, that would have been 110% on my Fitbit! I looked back a month ago at a 93 score on Garmin, which was 8 hrs 36 minutes and 1.5 hours deep and 2+ hours REM with a 52 ms HRV. Any ideas?

I uploaded today's at a 79 score. I am filled with energy on a "fair" score. Next was last Sunday, with a relatively high score of 86. However, I was tired then, and the next day, Monday, I scored 62, my lowest score on a night with an absurdly high REM reading. I felt ok the following day. I put on my Fitbit one night last week before giving it to a friend and deleting the app, and I got a 91 score with metrics similar to those I got today (albeit I read HRV differently.)

  • Can you upload the factors? The page I uploaded.

  • Those factors above are what are on my phone. The one that you posted appears to be a summary, which I can't find on my app. However, the images above provide detailed metrics of duration, stress (HRV and resting heart rate), as well as deep, light, and REM sleep. However, last Sunday's (the second one) deep sleep (52 minutes) and light sleep (4 hours, 28 minutes) are partially obscured.

  • The summary you are looking for is right above that circle graph from your last screenshot. Above that graph should be a toggle (Timeline / Phases), then directly above that toggle you should see "Sleepscore factors". It might be slightly different words as my app is not in english, but the location should be the same :). Just click on that and it will expand to show the factors like e7andy's screenshot
