Heart rate zones can't change manually

Please, can someone help me? topic: manual change of heart rate zones. I have changed them both in the Garmin connect app and in the fenix 7x in general and in type of activity and it still does not show me the new zones during the specific training or in the activity once it is finished and downloaded in the app. Additionally, Garmin's help options are not working to communicate with someone about this question. thank you so much!

That's exactly what I advised - % FCR - is the Heart Rate Reserve as I wrote (FC / frecuencia cardiaca = HR / heart rate). I would still recommend using a HRM chest strap, LTHR test and auto-detection, and basing the zones on the LTHR, instead. It will assure that the zones stay up-to-date automatically while your fitness changes.
