I completed my race yesterday Oct 1, and it does not appear in my activity feed and data.

There was an issue earlier today with Garmin uploads - Garmin Connect Connection Problems

You can try syncing from the app -

If that doesn't work, try using Garmin Express

Then if that doesn't work…

Yes, Garmin Express is a way to sync activities to Garmin Connect. It will then be available on the Garmin Connect Mobile app and on Garmin Connect Web.

After a very long and buggy sync time of the explorer app I can see the missing activity in the explorer app but it still didn't sync to the connect Android app nor connect web.

Guess I have to try the manual way than.
