Sync of Garmin coach

Hey,

I just created my first run with Garmin coach, I uploaded it from the watch to the app, but it was'nt updated in the garmin coach plan.

Can someone please assist?

I chose the benchmark run, and this is what I see, I don't know how to start the workout.

I think I found it. it offers me the workout while I'm choosing to start a run.
