every other day I need to find and pair again the venu

I have my Venu S2 paired with Connect but dince I bought and paired the smart weight, every other day I need to find and pair again the venu as it disappeares from Connect.

Is the Venu also removed from bluetooth devices? Do you have a Samsung phone? Many Samsung users experience that bluetooth devices disappear.

Check if there are any updates to your phone.
