What is the meaning of "Tired run" on my garmin training plan? Do I need to run faster on Tired run or easy pace?

Perhaps yet in other words: the "easy run" / "tempo run" / "hard run" terms are usually associated with the heart rate, or with the pace. In this case, nothing of it applies…
I see. I never saw this plan, but I think the description tells quite clearly what you should do.
Just follow the instructions They tell clearly "Give your best effort" and also "don't overdo it", which means you should not push too much to cause you an injury. You should run your best effort as you…
This reasoning is actually very helpful.
I was confused at this run, because there is an error in my case: the program scheduled this run after a rest day, two days after a long run. So my legs will not be tired at all for it. Thanks to you breaking it down, I'll probably go for a tempo.
