Update Bluetooth Connection - "Aggiorna connessione Bluetooth" in italian

Hi all,

starting from today every time I open Garmin Connect Mobile on my Android phone, appear a message saying "Update Bluetooth Connection", (in italian Aggiorna connessione Bluetooth"), asking for phantomatic new 6 digits PIN. If I press "start"...... nothing happen....

Has anybody experienced the same issue? Anybody can help me solve this? Please?

  • Does not resolve the problem.  I removed the watch  added back and the message still pops up.

  • Nope, it didn't worked, after removing the watch and pairing it again the message was gone but today surprisingly it appeared again.

    Is it worth do remove all the devices and pair them again or it's just a waste of time?

    Any Idea?

  • After I deleted the watch and the cyclocomputers (not the hrm pro belt), however, at some point the message appeared again for the watch. Only this time when I pressed "Get started" the 6 digits of the pin appeared. Before it didn't do anything. 

    I didn't experience the same thing with cyclocomputers. From here I concluded that the message is only related to the watches, especially since I had an update on it before the update message appeared.

    Maybe that's all that needs to be done to press Get started and get the pin.
