App crashes on Pixel 4a

I have a new pixel 4a, running on version 11. The app crashes everytime I try to open it. I've done everything I can find to do to try to fix this: clear cache and data, force stop, making sure app and operating systems are up to date, uninstall and reinstall app. What am I doing wrong? It still won't open.

I know it's a good sized issue affecting lots of androids but don't know the specifics. someone at support helped me set up Garmin express on the laptop so I don't lose any more data. I had some additional problems with my account that took a few days to sort out. they were very helpful.
I am hopeful I can have the App again SOON!!!

Same problem!Tried 2 different phones and tablet and app crashes all of them!

It could be also related to the recent Android bug of so-called WebView that started to crash a lot of apps. Look for example at the following document, or google the topic - there are plenty of other ones on the web:

In the meantime the bug was fixed by Google, but you may need to update the WebView component manually, if it did not happen automatically yet.

Webview was updated before problem occurs.I did try disable webview updates..app still crash.Updated manually after that and booted phone etc.app still crashes.I am out of ideas..

I install the old version of connect app 4.37.2

The solution is just installed the old version 4.37.2
