My HR measurememts are suddenly aprrox 20BPM or more to high, happends both with or without HR belt. Can both apear as peaks, or stay consistent throughout the workout. Any ideas?

This problem suddenly accured. And my training condition dropped
I am not sure what you mean by this. But when this happens stop and manually take your pulse.
If it matches and/or it is irregular you need to talk to your doctor about this problem.
