Training status and VO2 max is not updating

Hi there, 


My training status and VO2 max used to update on a daily basis, but it has not been updating.
I only have one watch and one account.

I've tried to remove the watch from the app and added it again like someone suggested.

  • Try to review the Device Sync Audit (at the bottom of the Settings menu) to see whether there is not an error message or a warning pointing to a problem with the data transfer. You could also try restarting the watch, or performing a master reset. If nothing helps, call the Support - perhaps they can help better.
