  1. My Day and step count erratic
  2. Does not reflect the number of steps on 14 May 2020
  3. Also does not reflect steps for earlier today 15 Mays including from my morning run.

  • I repeatedly asked about the photo of the Steps Widget on the WATCH (!) showing the steps for the days 14th and 15th, but you continue showing again and again the steps screen from the phone. How do you want that we help you, if you do not show the data you are asked for?

You are actually not helping. Please leave it. I repeatedly sent you related information and screens. Still no help from you. Clearly, I am waiting my time here. On the watch I already told it shows zero. Never mind.  I am sure I am the stupid one.

  • The watch cannot show zero steps for 15th if Garmin Connect shows 13,400 steps for that day, and you claim the watch recorded more. So please show the watch's step widget screen for the past 7 days of steps showing the days including the 15th, so that we can compare both the watch and the phone

Exactly my point. You have not been reading my responses. I said zero on the 14th and I mentioned that for the 15th the steps from the morning activity (9.2km run) wasn't reflecting.  The 13400 steps reflecting for the 15th are only half or 10000 less steps of what i should have.

I am tired of explaining the same thing a million times hence I said leave it. You're not helping here.

No, I am reading it carefully and understood it perfectly, but you continue ignoring my instructions, and do no give the requested data, so it is absolutely impossible to give you any helpful answer.

I asked to show us the number of steps the watch displays for the 15th. Your GC account shows 13400 steps, you claim it is only the half of what is should be, but never showed a photo of the watch with the double number of steps you are reclaiming.

Having a 9.2km run and 13400 steps in the same day is perfectly possible (typical running stride length is around a meter), so on the first look it does no seem to be wrong at all. This is why I am asking since the beginning how many steps the watch reported for the day of 15th.

Now you posted a photo with 0 steps, but I do not know for what date it is. And the other photo shows an activity with the distance of 10.02 km, despite that you spoke about 9.2km, so it is probably from a completely different day, and hence absolutely irrelevant.

I think you are right, and we both are just wasting our time here. If you continue having problems, just contact Garmin Support, hopefully they'll be able to help you better.
