Recording blood pressure has been possible in Garmin Connect Mobile for some time now, so I'm not sure what you are referring to?

Where can I go to do that? Must have missed it. 

On the My Day screen, there's the plus icon at the bottom for entering weight etc. Tap that and it should give you the option to enter your blood pressure (at least it does for me).

Well, I'm using Garmin Venu 2, APP Garmin Connect . I went to this + icon as you said there is no blood pressure monitoring mmHG for systolic and diastolic..i hope you didnt mistaken Heart Rate for Blood pressure monitoring. Even after updating phone sofware to version 14.10 there is still no blood pressure monitoring JUST HEART RATE/SPO2 AND HEALTH SNAPSHOT

14.10? The Android Connect Mobile is currently in version 4.70.1 (at least mine is). And according to this article, the feature was added in version 4.61. You could try clearing the app's cache in the phone's settings or uninstalling and reinstalling Connect Mobile.
