New Marvel badges parity please for existing Garmin users.

New badges for Marvel watches are all repeatable and easy , this ruins the acheivement factor for those already collecting badges and striving for the harder ones,  can we have parity for those already owning a non marvel Garmin device. Same challenges for non marvel devices or remove repeatability factor I'm not going to buy a new watch for a badge but excluded if I don't ? Already have edge1000 and va3 don't need a new device atm.

Big fan of new badges a great incentive to push on for me and would like more without the new device barrier.

    I could not agree more.

  • I'd love to see new relevant athletics based badges, but these marvel ones are ridiculous.

Watch only badges are demotivating but "first avenger" and "hone your strength" are also insanely easy and even worse, they're 4 (!) Points and repeatable. I'd get at least 12 points every month that way.

  • I suspect the repeatability of the new Marvel badges was made by mistake. Even the limited time March 8th badges are marked as repeatable, although repeatability in that case makes very little sense.

    Why? There's a Women's Day every year.

Well, I've manually added some dives but didn't get awarded any badges for those as you only seem to get the badges when uploading dives from the Descent Mk1. So it's the same thing.

  • There's 4 points available for a 90min+ activity repeatable , so 2 long runs an average bike ride and a hike or 2 which is a normal week atm  is worth 20 points/week.

It needs adjusting or have a separate special marvel badge rank.

+1 for more athletic based badges , also want some mountain bike specific ones not roadie only.

Here's hoping someone at Garmin reads these comments

Well, yeah, but so far every limited time badge was one-time only, AFAIK. I believe the March 8th badges will be gone from the available list after March 8th.

Try uploading a real activity of another type ("Run" or "Other") and then change its type to "Dive".

    Hello

Sorry i'm french so please could you excuse my bad english spoken.

I discover the new Marvel badges i a find it very easy to keep. Then they are reproductible. If you have a Marvel watch you can make easily a lot of point whitout pain...

    It is a marketing plan...
