No settings option or version info for apps installed on watch

I am running 4.13.5 of GCM on Android and went to change some settings on a Connect IQ App installed on my FR935, only to find no button to edit the settings. Nor was there any information about the version installed. All I had were buttons labelled UNINSTALL and VIEW IN STORE. If I look at my Connect IQ Widgets then they have version information and the additional SETTINGS button.

It's a while since I needed to make a change to settings, so I don't know how long it's been like this. Does everyone else have the same problem or is it just my phone app that's confused?

If possible, integration of Stryd Power into one of the configurable data fields would be great. Thanks for considering this idea!

4.13.5 and many versions of GCM before that are incredibly buggy. Basic functionality such as LiveTrack does not work for many users. Many folks have rolled back to 4.8 which seems to be the last rock solid version of GCM. Maybe 4.8 does not have this bug as well. If Ektorus' suggestion in post #11 does not work for you, try rolling back to 4.8. Same bug using Strength Training+

If you add to favourites you can no longer have access to the settings un-favourite it, sync, the settings re appear

This bug is with beta firmware 12.51

The “Settings Menu is missing in Connect”, seems to be related to having favorited your apps. All the apps that’s listed under favorites is missing this settings menu.

Workaround 1
* Unfavorite the app
* Kill the Garmin Connect app on the phone
* Start the Garmin Connect app again and the settings menu will be present
* The app can the be configured once again. After configuration the app can be favorited again, but this will most likely cause the settings menu to disappear upon app (Garmin Connect) restart, which will the require using the workaround again.

Workaround 2
The other option is to use Garmin Express until Garmin fixes the Android Connect App.

I also experienced the same problem a few months ago; out of the blue, I could not change the settings of one of the applications I had published in the Garmin store. It was only a beta version so I did not worry about.

Today I've tried to upload a new one and the problem is still there: I can only change the settings using the Garmin Express application, but not with the Garmin Connect Mobile application (using iOS).

Garmin team, would you please fix this issue?

Settings are back again :)
