One of the most frequent reasons (apart of swiping the sleep card accidentally from the MyDay screen, that can be easily fixed through the Edit My Day function) is having multiple accounts associated with the device. Seein there are 8 accounts with your name in Garmin Connect, it seems to be a quite a credible possibility in your case too.
