LiveTrack won't load since 4.6.4 upgrade just getting "an error has occurred" message. As LT is pretty fundamental functionality any chance of a quick fix?
Hi. Tryng to figure the live track out. I can initate a live tracksession from my phone.. that is I can input a email adress and then press start live track.. All I get is a message that says iI need explicit konsent to publish live tracks and then it exits. Can't press the Word consent nothing.. anyone here know how to get past that part?
Has anyone contacted Garmin about these LiveTrack problems? I also get as far pressing as the "Continue To Consent" box, but that just leaves me on the add contacts page.
I've got the same problem. livetrack worket well till october but than anyhow it just broke. i had some contact with the support - they just say that you have to have the latest version of all updates. thanks for that ! i hope they will find a solution for this problem - there are so many user with problems.
Soon after my last post, live track stopped working again. I reinstalled GCM on my phone and have not had a problem since.
I've same problem, I've also reinstalled App but it was not the solution. LiveTrack still doesn't work. I'm from Germany and use Android 8 on Huawei P8 Lite 2017 and some members in German Forum also have same problem, some members have iPhone with the same problem. I

Do you mean the version of Garmin App? How I can find out which version I've installed and where I can get 4.8?
In the GC app click on the 3 lines top left , scroll down to settings , click that , then scroll down to build number , it will show you which version you have
