I would like to be able to turn off auto sync when I workout. When I workout I prefer to use my Polar chest strap with my A370, and my Garmin Vivoactive 4 on my other hand using the optical heart rate. Garmin interferes with connecting my Polar H10 chest strap with my A370. I believe I can just turn off the Connect app while I work out and then I'll open the app when I'm done working out.
tI would be better though to be able to just sink on demand. That's what Polar does and I do prefer it.

As I wrote in my previous post, you can turn off the auti-sync via Bluetooth anytime you wish, but the watch will continue measuring your HR. To stop the internal HRM, you can turn it of too, though. Another, and better, option is linking your HRM belt to your watch as an external sensor - if done, the watch will automatically use it, instead of the internal HRM.
