Quick Draw and Active Captain

I have a Garmin Striker Vivid 9sv. How do I download my quick draw map to my Active Captain? Can it be done? I have tried to find an instructional video but they only talk about sharing maps to the Quick Draw community. I got my waypoints and tracks but not contours.

Garmin Quickdraw Contours Mapping
You connect your phone to the WiFi network of the Striker 9sv then open the active captain app, it should then walk you through downloading the contours from the fish finder to the app, or if you want to go the other way download the quick draw contours in the app from your home WiFi first then connect to the fish finder.
