| problema: | Hellow, On March 28th I purchased from you the following map:Hxus030r-g3 southeast Caribbean (versión 2021.0), for which I paid 150 usd. less than a week after the purchase, I have an available update (2021.50) of the aforementioned map for 80 USD, more than 50% of the original map price paid just one week before. I perfectly understand that maps require updates, but what I cannot accept is to budget and perform a purchase of 150 usd for one map, without informing that the map purchased will require afterwards an 80 usd update. This is very unfair. I kindly ask you to offer a solution. If you give me an email, I can send you copy of the map purchase invoice and an screenshot of my active captain suggesting the 2021.50 version update (80 usd). In conclusion, I believe that either the updated must have been informed before the map purchase, or the update must be included with the original map purchase. |
