Map not showing up when I try to synch

On Windows 10, using .fit file from Garmin Edge 830.

Chose data tab and then select the correct .fit file directly on Garmin, select use this data.

Opens split screen with the entire right side a big white blank, so there is no way I can select a synch point.

  • There is a ticket logged with Garmin - Ref: 22007927K0.  Garmin helpdesk stated that currently the software is not being updated, but that can change if there is a critical issue/problem and there is enough interest.  I urge you all to send an email to them and log your issue - so that some urgency can be placed - send an email to [email protected] with screen prints (if possible) of your issue
