Aspect ratio problem with YouTube

I'm using the latest version of VIRB Edit on Windows to edit my sailing videos. I add G-Metrix tracks and titles. All looks as expected on my screen in VIRB Edt. When adding the data and the titles, I make certain the video perspective is reset to the default forward/level view. (Top image)

 .

When they get to YouTube, however, something goes wrong. YouTube apparently "zooms in" or somehow decides to edit the aspect ratio. You can see in the screen capture below, the G-Metrix data are not available (unless I pan right) and the screen title is also cut off. You can also see what I mean by "Zoomed in" as the perspective of the sialboat is also different.

Any ideas on how to fix this? It's incredibly annoying. Video link is here: https://youtu.be/p4_Lf3_qfA4
