VIRB Edit does not recognise my GPX files

I have GPX files from Locosys Navi GPS, converted using GPSActionReplay. They open fine with Google Earth, GPS Track Editor, DashWare but when opening with VIRB Edit I get:
"The GPS or FIT file selected has no valid GPS logs, or the GPS logs in the file have no time stamps."
I could not upload the .jpg of the error window from Firefox but it worked from Chrome.

I could not upload the .gpx file until I changed the extension to .txt!

As the error message indicated, your gpx file has no time information. Since VirbEdit's purpose is to correlate GPS and sensor data with specific points in time (in your video), it must have time data. Other Garmin software, such as BaseCamp, will be able to successfully use your gpx file because time data is not a requirement.

The time is there, the other programs all recognise it, it appears to be in the same format as the time in the GPX files that VIRB Edit saves alongside the exported video files.

Now what should I do???

Wow you are absolutely right, sorry about that! VirbEdit should be opening this correctly, but it obviously is not. We'll investigate what is going on here

Sorry about the delay.

I finally got around to looking into this again.

The issue is that this gpx format is version 1.0, not 1.1 which is the one that is usually used. VIRB Edit does not support 1.0, and we do not plan to add support for it at this time.

However, Garmin BaseCamp does support 1.0. You can download it at http://www.garmin.com/en-US/shop/downloads/basecamp.

Import your 1.0 file and export as gpx and you will get a 1.1 file that works with VIRB Edit.

I attached the your file in version 1.1.
