VIRB EDIT 5.4.3 on Mojave, Error on export of HEVC imported files (Gopro Hero 7).

I tried to use it on my both MACs with MOJAVE with Gopro Hero 7 black 4k 25fps HEVC files with .fit files from my Garmin Edge 1030.
All 4GB files were imported,I was able to add overlays but when doing export there is an error and the process stops just after the beginning. Exactly the same on my other MAC with Mojave.
I tried without overlays but it was the same, so I used Handbrake to convert HEVC files to H.264 and now it works fine, so VIRB doesn't work properly with HEVC content...
Anyone had the same experience?

  • Hey all,
I have the same issue with my MacBook Pro 13" Late 2017. When I started the Virb Edit in the command line I could see that the Codec is not supported:
